Patients can also consider doing an Instagram or Facebook fundraiser for any important cause. It could be your birthday, your child’s birthday, GSD Awareness week, Rare Disease day, Giving Tuesday or any other special occasion. Instagram and Facebook cover all the fees and 100% of the money comes to Sophie’s Hope Foundation’s CureGSD1b Research Fund. Search for Sophie’s Hope Foundation or CureGSD1b on Instagram and Facebook to select the proper organization.
